I am planning on going to a Korean restuarant this weekend. I want to try bibimbap, but I am a vegetarian. How do I order the bibimbap then? Is there a specific name for no meat/ vegetarian bibimbap? or do I just say no bulgogi ?

  1. Tofu bibimbap usually comes with no meat and just vegetables (and tofu).  Enjoy the deliciousness!

Bulgogi is a different dish, not normally an ingredient in bibimbap.

  2. I'm Korea so I totally know the answer to this.

    Order bibimbap with just vegetables.

And when they say, "No meat?" Say no meat! (=

"Can I have bibimbap with just vegetables?"

That's all you need to say!

    I hope you enjoy it.
