Is there a vegetarian cooking school/class in Hue, Vietnam?

We're looking for a vegetarian-friendly cooking school in Hue or Hoi An, Vietnam? Anyone know of one, and a link we can follow?

i dont know of a formal school, but there are so many resturants, very good resturants in hoi an[ hue , not so much] that if you asked around i'm sure someone would take you on as a student.. they are that freindly and accomodating! i seen resturants in viet nam that advertise cooking classes but i'm not sure where... do you speak vietnamese? if you know even a little.. i know you can make a deal with someone.
