  2. Yes, Vegetarian Rennet, made from vegetable oils. You can get it in the baking section of your local supermarket. Also veggie cheese.

  3. I use vegetable rennet.  I am lucky as I have a great shop nearby in Brighton called Infinity Foods which sells it, but I am sure there are many other places where you can buy it.  I think Holland and Barrett might sell it, or Julian Graves.

    Carregenan or Irish moss. I probably spelt the first word wrong. although rennet is a coagulent found in bovine stomach tissue and irish moss is a thickener. Cheers

    Rennet is an enzyme that acts on milk it  forces the casein proteins  out of solution curds  which is then used to make cheese.

    there is a form of rennet created using bacteria which might be considered vegetarian.

    you could also use acid ( not the strong kind) citric or acetic acid I have forgotten the ph you bring it down to but it is not very low.

    this is what is used in industry to make analogue cheeses the kind  you get on your pizza
