Is there a venue box office in washington??

i want to go to a concert (jonas brothers) and the first 20 rows go on sale tomorow at a venue box office. i think they are selling them in everett but i was wondering if they were selling them anywhere else in washington.

They are selling them online or at the box office. They are not available through Ticketmaster.
