Is there a vintage mustang 4-link kit that fits between the frame rails

Question

I want to install mini tubes with a 4-link using 315/35 R17 tires in my 68 mustang coupe. I do not want to us finder flares. I will probably have to notch out the frame rails for the mini tubes.
