Is there a vitamin dictonary.....??

Im looking for a book that is set up kind of like a dictonary,

example, if i wanted to know what calcium dose for you , i would gram the book look ( in alphabetical order) and find it , and beside it will say all the uses it has, what it helps and so on and so on . how u get it nateraly and how much u shoudl have a day...

is there a book like that

( i always go to the healthfood store or wherever and i always see all the suplements and i never know what they are good for, i woudl live an easy way to find that out )

  1. I've never heard of a vitamin dictionary. Although I did find this website http://www.healthchecksystems.com/vitami... which would do something similar to what you described.

    I also found this book http://www.amazon.com/Vitamin-Book-Harol... i'm not sure how good it is but it might be worth you buying.
