I'm 16 years old. I have alot of problems concentrating like when I read stuff. If it doesnt interest me or if its tricky with words or words I dont understand, I find myself wondering off and just reading the words and not comprehending it. I often then have to go back and read it 8-9 times before I understand it. Dont get me wrong! I am a great reader its just that I want to start taking GED classes this fall and I want to be able to concentrate well enough on the GED classes and do well on the GED test. I was taking some GED sample tests and I found out that some of the reading was difficult for me.

  1. I was told that Omega3 helped with concentration too, I just began taking it about two days ago so cant really give you the thumbs up yet.

Maybe see your doctor for a dietary plan that will help you to gain better concentration.

  2. They say Ginseng can help

  3. omega 3 is meant to help with concentraion, found in fish.

  4. My grandad would swear by ginko biliba.  Improves memory and concentration.  Cheap, harmless and easy to get hold of.
