Is there a watch for blinds people .. ?

i need a watch or alarm for blind people that they can know the time by touching it .... if you can provide me with a website that would be really helpful ( i found some with a button when u press it the watch say the time - i don't need those )

If you are in the UK, the RNIB is the society that the blind people use and they produce a catalogue of useful aids including clocks and watches. You can get details of the watches here...
