  1. I used Vitamin E oil and it really helped to fade any stretch marks I had.  (Mine weren't bad either.)  Vitamin e oil is very good for your skin and helps repair and reduce stretch marks.  Most stretch mark cream has this in it.  I just go to the vitamin and herb section of any grocery store and buy the actual oil.  It works beautifully.  Hope that, that helped a little. :)

  2. Coco Butter, Mango Butter and a product called BioOil.

BioOil is probably the best. It helps fade away existing stretch marks and prevents new ones from forming.

  3. I've heard that pregnant women use cocoa butter for theirs. I'm not sure it works though

  4. there is no way to get rid of stretch marks unless you get surgery.

But there are ways to reduce them you can either use Bio Oil. (it helps reduce scars) and you can also use Revitol.

But stretch marks will be less noticeable over time.

  5. Drink loads of water, as it helps in enhancing the elasticity of skin, thereby preventing the appearance of stretch marks. It serves as an extremely beneficial stretch marks home remedy treatment. It is the loosening or stretching of skin that causes stretch marks. To tone your body, exercise regularly. 6. well I don't believe that they never really go away, but there are so many ways to reduce the appearance! There are a lot of different products to use. Some will work for some people, and some will not. I have tried so many.

Here is a list of things to try!

    Cocoa Butter

    Shea Butter

    Shea Nut Oil

Vitamin E Oil(highest unit you can find)

Grapeseed OIl (because it is cheaper than Vitamin E oil but is highly saturated in Vitamin E)

I have been using Rosehip Seed Oil with much success

    Bio-Oil

Avon's Anew Clinical Stretch Mark Smoother

plus a lot more but I have tried all of these. But since you said that your are not that bad I would try cocoa butter or vitamin e oil

  7. Bio Oil will help reduce the appearance of them.

  9. The best way to prevent stretch marks is to maintain your weight. Any sudden bursts of significant weight gain might cause stretch marks to appear especially on your thighs, butt, stomach and b***s. Also, moisturizing every day might increase your skin's elasticity and prevent stretch marks.

There are options for getting rid of stretch marks especially if they are still red/pink. A dermatologist can prescribe you a retinoid cream which will reduce the intensity of your stretch marks. There are also laser treatments which can reduce the appearance of red/pink stretch marks AND older stretch marks which have faded to white.

If none of these options work/are too expensive, you can try a scar-reducing cream such as Mederma OR you can just wait until the stretch marks turn white. When I was around 14, I grew hips and b***s so the stretch marks followed. Now that I'm 19, though, you can't even see them.

If you already have them and they aren't severe, I would try not to worry about them. Almost every woman has stretch marks/will eventually have stretch marks. They are just a part of being a woman (and sometimes a man...men get them too).

  10. coco butter makes them a lot less noticeable
