Is there a way I can alternately save a yahoo folder onto a disk and delete from my hard dive?

I have a folder created within yahoo but would like to save it to a disk, is there a way to do this?

Not that I can find BUT if you go to mail option and then to pop & forwarding and set up the pop account you could then download the contents of the folder to Outlook or outlook Express and then back them up to a disk then and only then you could delete from Yahoo
