  1. Yes. But you would have to be large. Just deal off-market with an institution or private holder.


  2. Yes.  There are some companies that allow you to purchase stock directly from them.

  3. No. You either use a &quot;full-service broker&quot; where you go into the office &amp; talk to them, or you use a &quot;discount-broker&quot; online, but you can only buy thru a broker. There is no other way. I am a regulator and I am positive of my information.

    Problem.

    Buy and sells occur as the closing price. You will never be able to sell intra-day. You will never be able to trade the stock.

    But yes, it can be done.
