Is there a way I can get a sidekick slide for free?

I stay in San Antonio and cant really afford to pay the $150 to $300 to get the phone but at the same time I still want the phone.

Try Ebay, get a job for T-Mobile or find one. There is no way to get a phone for free without strings attached.  I paid $600 for my iPhone and the next week they went on sale to $400. Start saving up or forget about the phone.
