Your best bet would be go to college and enroll in some courses that offer the instruments that you want to play because getting into a music program is really hard unless you have prior musical instrument experience.

If you want to go to college for music, you need to have several years of music preparation beforehand (the admission requirement for any college music program is usually 5+ years of musical experience on the instrument plus private lessons). You can't just want to get into a music school at a college or university to learn a brand new instrument you've never played before. Many music student specialize on one instrument because they spend many hours in private lessons with a faculty member to perfect their skills, so if you have several instruments you wish to learn, that will be much harder. It's better to be specialized in one instrument than be average in all orchestral instruments
