Is there a way I can keep the commercials on my T.V. from being so loud?

With out constantly adjusting the volume. Every time it goes to commercial the volume goes really loud.

Check some local audio stores or Tv stores in your area...they may sell a product like this one.

I'm afraid there's no easy way to do this without additional equipment.  Conceivably, you could hire someone to hitch up something called a "limiter" that keeps the sound at a somewhat constant level, depending on how you adjust it.  In other words, the limiter automatically adjusts the sound so that you don't have to.
