Is there a way for Busch Gardens to pull up your season pass and give you a new one?

I ordered my season pass for Busch Gardens Williamsburg online and it is being shipped and they have already prossesed my credit card. But it is taking too long and I really want to go with my friends tomorrow. Is there a way that when I get a new card at costumer service or something?! Please answer ASAP!

This is something that should be discussed with a Busch Gardens rep on the phone, before arriving at the park to make sure. I believe the phones open up for Live reps at 9 or 10 am, EST.

I'm pretty sure you could get it a Guest Services at the park, because you already gave in your info to the company and the park so they should be able to pull it up on the screen and print one out there. That's the safest thing to do...I hope it works man, hope that helped! :)
