well Preparation H or any hemorrhoid cream would do the best since it's designed to reduce the swelling of the skin's tissue.

for at home treatments, try using a wet teabag around the eyes, not that effective but it works on some.

okay so this might sound a little crazy, but it works. i know you have to have seen how in salons and such people will put cucumber slices on their eyes...well that works. but just in case you dont have a bunch of cucumbers laying around, potatoes also work. it sounds weird but i swear by it. just cut two thin slices and lay them over your eyes for a couple minutes. they may leave a little bit of residue on your browbones, but you can easily wipe it off.

i used to do it every morning. it works great, even though it sounds crazy!
