Is there a way for some one to put money in your bank account with out them knowing your name.......?

let's say you want someone to put money in your account but you don't want them knowing your name or your "real" name...is it possiable for them to do it?..

Not through a bank. Though you could set up a pay pal account and have them pay you there.

To the girl above me: He doesn't want to help someone! He wants to scam someone into putting money in his account but he doesn't want them to be able to find him.

You have to have permission from that person and the acct number  SS  #, I used to put monies in my Son's acct but we had the same bank they knew us or transfer from one acct to another . But that is nice that you want to help some one like that .

No. For a deposit to be made to an account the person must have your name AND account or social security number. No other way. Federal law requires certain information in order to pull up an account. Even for just a deposit.

NO, and just your name wouldn't be enought anyway. They would need your account number and I wouldn't give that to anybody.
