Is there a way i can finish my high school courses online?

i was going to school in toronto up until the beginning of grade 12 then i had to move to newfoundland for family reasons and didnt get back into school.Is there any other way such as online courses that i can do so that i can finish my high school and get my diploma.I really would like to finish high school so that i can do the things i want to in life.
