  1. Wow, how obvious are those spam posters?

    Anyways,

The closest you can really get to the quality of credit card plastic (without fancy shmancy machinery) is to print the photo onto picture paper, affix it to a sheet of plastic or cardboard and laminate it.

If you wander throughout your local craft store, you should be able to find some type of thick plastic or thick cardboard to suit your needs.  It doesn't have to be specifically for making little photo cards-- you can improvise!

Also, assuming you do not have a laminator, if you go to WalMart and go into the office supply section, they have self-laminating paper, some variations of which are credit-card sized for the purpose of photo IDs.  You could also just use thick plastic packing tape to give it a laminated look.

Of course, if you wanted, you could even get your photo made into an actual credit card.  Capital One has what they call a "card lab", where you first pick the features you'd like the card to include and then you can upload your own photo for them to have as the card image.  It's really cool, and you can find it at CapitalOne.com.

    Happy crafting!

  2. I just had a look at the other answers here. lol. I am assuming, that even though this question is in the finance and credit section, making a credit card is not actually what you want to do. The only way I can think you could produce little cards would be to buy specialty printer paper and then laminate them. They will not come out like a credit card. Sorry.
