Is there a way i can transer my stuff from my blackberry curve to my new curve?

HI, i just received my replacement blackberry curve today. My tracking ball got really messed up in the first one. So i put my sim into the new one and my contacts are all gone! There must be some way i can get those conacts back into my new one. please help. Thanks.
