carrots... and there's some kind of massage designed to improve or prevent the eyesight from worsening. It's related to Chinese acupuncture and it really does help, I've tried it myself.

p.s. no needles are involved in the massage thingy ;)

lasik.  I had that after wearing glasses for 10 years.  It worked ideally well.  But it is kinda expensive (although not more than a lifetime's worth of contacts and glasses.) and doesn't always work so well for everyone.  I don't know any other way.

but i heard that if you move your eye during it

it could totally damage your eye

so i would never do it.

you can only get lasik eye surgery if your over 21!!!

and the only thing to make them better would to go to the optomotrist and get a higher perscription..

it will make you feel alot better, and have more eaze with seeing and such. when you have glasses you don't usually realize when your perscriptions changed. so it's dificult so talk to your doctor. like i've had my glasses for 5 years and i've had 5 pairs of glasses.. so it really depends on your eyes though... but ithink it's time for a new pair if your having trouble

all you have to do is go to the doctor for eye balls and ask them for 2 new eye balls and if they dont give you one kick the doctor in the balls and steal his eyes and give him ur S****y ones!!

laser eye surgery only dear. one cannot just train ones eyesight to heal itslf to 20/20 vision. ha if only!!
