Is there a way of reducing your period?

i just hate it when i hav my period. is there a way of reducing the amount of blood?!

The birth control pill regulates your period and reduces flow, sometimes to nothing.  It also reduces or eliminates pms symptoms such as cramping.  I've been using it for these purposes for almost 20 years.  I have been very happy with the results.

Are you on the pill?  That normally cuts down the amount of days and amount each day.
