No, but you can now have an extra email address with your current one. All emails go to the same inbox, but you can sign in from either address and send mail from either address.

On your Yahoo! Mail page, click the "Mail Options" link >then, click  "Mail Addresses" >Look for the section on 'Extra Email Addresses' near the bottom of the page. Click on "Get Started" and follow the instructions.
