Is there a way that I can find someone's cell phone number for free? ?

I can't use the reverse lookup websites because I obviously don't know their number. I can't find a cell phone or home number but I know what town they live in. I just don't want to have to pay for it. Thanks!

There's a 100% free tool at http://www.unitedsleuths.com/reverse-pho... which basically searches all the free resources online, including Google and Whitepages. When it finds the information you're looking for, it brings back the owner name and location on a neat little map.

If it can't find any free information, it shows you the best place to find it otherwise.
