  1. If you can't get it with a plunger than you may have no other option than to rent a "snake".  Essentially this is a tigyhly wound metal coil that can go far down into the drain and bust up the clog.

  2. You can rent a tool called a 'closet auger' at any tool rental store and most hardware stores. They will show you how to use it.  It goes down farther than a clothes hanger and doesn't cost as much as having a professional come out with a root cleaning machine.  If the closet auger doesn't get the job done, your only option is to shell out the big bucks.

  3. first plug all drains in the house.turn off the water to the toiletlet the water be a low as you can wear gloves and get many a towel There is one other thing  "THE Garden Hose" bring it in and well try giving a gush bending the hose like. Please becareful

  4. Heehe, I have used the toilet scrub brush as a plunger and that worked. Yeah it ruined the brushed but worked just as good. If you have one of those, use that. Just use extra force on the up and down motion as you would a plunger.

If not this is going to be really gross but in desperate measures to prevent flooding while I was broke myself with no tools for this, I actually used my hand. AHhA, I know ewww. I put my hand in a fist and made my fist go in to the hole plunger motion and that worked. Hurt a bit, but I didn't want my toilet flooding all over my house! After that I bought a plunger at the dollar store!

Hanger won't work! It's too thin and it needs to kind of almost cover the hole where the water cycles in and out. Something that will give good suction and plunging motion. I hope I helped.
