Is there a way that i can turn a regular skateboard into an electric one? by attaching something to it?

i don't wanna oay 100's of dollars for an electric skateboard so i wanna buy a normal one but is there something i can make or something that can teach me how to make a motor to put on the back? if u can tell me how they even make electric scooters, that will also be good.....thanks!

Just buy one, by the time you purchase / fabricate the parts, you will have spent more than you would have to buy one, not to mention it would take a pretty skilled well tooled individual to make it work.
