If so what are some names of programs that allow you to do so?

  1. No, you pretty much have to live there.  No district will take you unless you are paying taxes in that district.

The only "exchange students" they allow are ones from other countries.

And, being a high schooler, if you're looking to be an "exchange student" because of a romance, don't.  It won't work out.

  2. There are no "exchange" programs to go to a different state. An "exchange" program is to go to a different country. There are three ways you can do this.

    1. Your family can move there.

    2. You have a relative (not a friend) there and your parents give them legal guardianship of you and you move there.

    3. You attend a boarding school there.

  3. No,

to be an "exchange student" you have to go to a different country. like you can be an exchange student to London or Florance Italy.

You can however, find internships related with your major or that is interesting to you in Alabama and then apply for the internship.  you may be able to take classes and continue your studies while doing internships.  although some internships offer credits for college.

  4. There should be I mean Kansas is equal to purgatory.  but the main thing is get out of Kansas and never go back Ex kansas sentenced resident
