I've been trying to lose weight for about a month and a half .. I'm sticking to a really strict Diet, like 3 healthy meals a day and thats it, I dance for 2 and a half hours a week, I Walk atleast for an hour 5 nights a week.
I have only lost like 22 pounds this month, but at the moment its being massively tempremental, like losing heaps one day, then gaining it all + more back the next, its annoying the h**l out of me.
I really just want to lose it faster!
Please help, any advice will do!
