Is there a way to ad contacts from the desktop to the TREO 700w?

I am not talking about adding all Outlook contacts thru activesync, but just wondering if there is a program to ype in contacts thru desktop to the PPC?

Did your Palm come with a USB cable and a Palm Software CD? If it did, install the software, and connect your Palm to the computer using the USB cable. Open the Palm Software Desktop thingy(whatever the program is called) and hotsync your Palm. After doing so, you should be able to see all your files from your Palm. You can then edit all your contacts. After editing make sure to hotsync it again, to make sure your files have been saved onto your Palm.
