Is there a way to arrange cupcakes to look like a dragon?

I was wondering if there is a way to arrange cupcakes to look like a dragon? My son for his birthday wants a dragon party, no knights, or castles, only a dragon and he wants cupcakes. I am not having much luck finding anything on the internet that shows how you might do this. Thank you.

I don't think you will ever get them to look like a really super amazing photo realistic dragon but what I would do is try to draw the outline of a dragon on a piece of poster board and just start arranging cup cakes on top of it.  If it doesn't work you still have the cupcakes.

You might make those little mini cupcakes and stick them on the dragon in places like down the spine and in the snout etc then have some around with baby dragons popping out of them!!
