Is there a way to ask to be selected for Jury Duty? Im in Illinois.?

I would love to be on a jury but live in Cook County which has 38490238490238 million people living here. (It is the county in which Chicago is located in) Is there anyway I could move to the top of the list in the selection process? I highly doubt there is but its worth a shot! Thanks in advance!

Why would you want to do Jury Duty? Jury Duty is something people hate to be called in for. But if you want to, I'd call my senator or my representative. Ours in Ohio (we usually call Deborah Pryce) tend to help us out with things like that. If not, call the court building. Make somebody tell you whether you can or not. They'll answer you and you'll have all the info you need :-)
