I assume you meant to ask if there is a way to beat keno machines in casinos.  The short answer is no.  You may have short term wins, but in the long run you will lose your money.

The house edge on these machines (as well as live keno) is much higher than most other games.  This means that over time, you will lose at a faster rate than if you chose to play video poker or blackjack, etc.

This does not mean you will never win on keno.  Like I said before, anything can happen in the short term.  You could hit a jackpot on your first play.  But the longer you play, the better the chance you lose money to the casino.

There is no (legal) way possible to have an advantage when playing a negative expectation game like keno.  If you enjoy playing it, by all means do...but keep in mind the casino offers games with a much better chance of winning.
