Is there a way to block a number from calling you on a regular home phone?

this woman keeps calling my home (9) times since 6:30 tonight, she is confused or something but it is annoying.

check with your provider if you have AT&T they offer call screen you can block up to 10 numbers from calling you by putting a code into your phone if you dont have that lady's number its ok it even gives you the option to block the last caller.

The solution I use is the Panasonic DECT 6.0 cordless phone model KX-TG9333.

This phone can be programmed to Call Block specific phone numbers that you don't want to be bothered by. Block up to 20 separate numbers.

It also has a Night Mode that prevents the phone from ringing during late night hours. Just program in the times you don't want to be disturbed while sleeping.

I think it is great that phone manufacturers are building these features into phones. Now we don't have to pay the phone company more money just to block annoying phone callers.

Its called "Selective Call Rejection", where you can block her phone number from calling you, but you have to pay for it. Since this is happening right now...just call the cops and ask them to do a "welfare check" on this lady, just tell them that she is confused, possibly drunk, and won't quit calling you. So they will go to her house to see whats goin on, then she'll hopefully quit calling.
