No, I don't think so. Laser surgery is used to cure problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness and blurred vision due to problems within the cornea. If you want to change your eye color, I'm afraid you'll have to wear contact lenses.

just be happy with what you have, it doesnt matter, all eye colours are beautiful, light or dark
