Is there a way to check scratcher lotto tickets online?

I have a bunch that I think are losers but yesterday I had one that I thought was a loser and it turned out it was not, I had won like $2 or something.

I collect all of my losers so at the end of the year, I can see how much money I wasted. I do not want to bring a bunch of possible loser tickets to the cashier and make them mad!

Not that I know of since they have to scan the bar-code.  And you're right - if you take a bunch to a cashier, it makes them mad.  So, for the ones I'm not sure about, I'll take a few at a time to different places.
