Is there a way to check to see if a personalized license plate in Maryland is available w/out calling the MVA?

I want to get personalized plates but before I go to the MVA and fill out all of the forms, I just want to see if the plate I want is even available. Is there an online database of license plates in Maryland? Thanks for your help!
