Yes, go to casenet.whatever state you live in.gov.  For instance, www.casenetmo.gov.  Then click on litigant name, a new screen will pop up and enter last name then fist, and enter.  Scroll down til you find the right one.  If you know the middle name you can enter that in the middle initial box and find who you are looking for faster.  Good luck.

Depend on how much details of criminal records you are looking for. Free services might not reveal to you most of the records, while cheap services might show you the brief of criminal records.
