Is there a way to clip on storm windows without using screws to put them back on?

I went thru heck last year removing my storm windows to wash the window under them and then put them all back on. I wish there were a clip of some kind to attach to the storm window, so I dont have to go thru all the s******g and unscrewing to clean the windows under them. Do you know where I could purchase some kind of clips to keep the windows on ?

On all the storm windows I have ever installed on all of my properties you have been able to remove the glass and screens from the inside so just the frame is left on the window. When you do this you can wash all the glass and then just slide them back in. Once again, leave the frame in place, remove the windows and the screen, clean all the glass, and reinstall just the glass and screen.
