Is there a way to combine 2 diapers in 1?

i kinda got in a fight with some guy and he stabbed me by the bladder, making it weaker. the doctor said to wear day time diapers wile the wound heals. i bought some goodnites but they only hold up to 1 full wetting. its kind of embarrassing to go to the bathroom and change my diaper especially in public bathrooms. so is there a way to combine diapers? NOTE: i tried other diapers like Depends but they leak too much or the bulge out too much.

They make inserts for the adult diapers. (Like giant women's pads.) You could try those. As for changing in public restrooms, get a messenger bag/man bag, and some zip lock bags. That would make it more discreet, or carry some opaque animal excrement clean up bags to put everything in and then toss it.
