Is there a way to combine Renaissance and street/hip hop?

I like drawing, and I sort of want to create a different type of world. I like the idea of people wearing masks, but I like the future street type thing too. Is there a way I can combine the two?

  1. You will have to let your imagination take a life of its own floating on that idea as you put the pencil to paper.

Just like how hip hop is written, just like how all great paintings are drawn.

Just think about it in your head, Don't plan anything. The drawing will take life and suprise you.

The good thing about hip hop is inovation and incorporation.

A lot of styles were made simply because it's all a person had.

And they made what they had "fly". Made it a style.

    Made it their own style.

As you see Jabbawockeeze are wearing masks.

    They are hip hop.

Is it renaissance? You be the judge.

But I'd bet Jabbawockeeze would wear that mask too and make it "fly".

    Make it their own.

I am just using them as an example.

Take your painting and make it you.

    Create, innovate, and incorporate . . . .

but you must above all. . . "MAke it Fly!"
