Is there a way to combine two videos on iMovie into 1 big one?

I am making a movie on iMovie and I need to do it scene by scene. Is there a way I can make two separate videos and then combine them into one? If so, please give me step by step instructions. Thanks!

When one of the iMovie projects is complete, save it... then export is as "Full Quality". Close that project.

Open the other "Scene", drag the just-saved full quality mov clip to the clips pane or timeline. Save the project.

OR

in the first scene project in iMovie, in the clips pane or timeline, select the clips you want. Under Edit, select "Copy". Close that project. Open the other project scene in iMovie. In the timeline, move the cursor to whaere you want the clips you just copied. Under edit, select "Paste". Save.
