i dont have an sd stick

so i wanted to know

if i could connect my camera to the computer

and use its hard drive as a memory stick

    because its a digital camera it will most likely need to be saved on a memory stick as soon as the picture is taken.

  3. The camera doesn't have a hard drive, just a media card.

    You could use a card reader to use your camera memory as extra storage space.

    I think it would be more practical to buy a USB flash drive. They are quite inexpensive, and you won't need the card reader.

  4. I don't know why the answer above got a thumbs down, it's an excellent suggestion. A flash drive or USB reader, well they go for cheap nowadays.

    Actually with certain cameras you can transfer stuff from your computer to camera using a USB cord.  The settings will be somewhere in your software (though can't tell where as you didn't specify your camera's make). You have to convert your docs to  jpeg (or whatever else you camera supports). You click on the doc and send/copy to camera.

    Sounds like a pain in the ... though, why not just buy a USB flash drive?
