Is there a way to contact Jagex in runescape?

I want to contact them to ask why my account is not unlocked yet. Its been locked for 3 days. If you know their email address i will pick you as best.

First before u go contact a mod in runescape make sure u check out  the rules and offecnes u have commited if u have been baned checked tat it isnt a permantenet ban, if  it is start over

2. find the place where u can contact a mod

3. if u cant reply this post and i help u report it

It should be on runescape.com main page, but while online it is almost impossible to find them

yeah go to runescape website than find the recover account section then recover account or track/appeal ban

most of jagex are bots so its pretty hard
