Is there a way to convert HD video into Standard Def with Windows Movie Maker? If so, how?

Or is there a way to do it with another windows product that comes on the computer? I have Windows Vista, if that helps.

  1. Windows Movie Maker is not a converter. It is more like PowerPoint on steroids. Movie Maker will make a "movie" from you photos and music files.
