  1. Use chicken, and remove the skin!

  2. Instead of chicken or pork, why not try TOFU? Use a light soy sauce and corn oil. Fry the tofu until light to golden brown, then.....you know what to do next, don't you?

    Have you tried Adobong Kangkong?

  3. My answer are, adobong patula at adobong bawang.

  4. try adobo sa s**a....

instead of putting soy sauce (toyo), put only vinegar..cook it until it is almost fried...its delicious..my friend always cook adobo sa s**a...

and its a big hit in our place...

dont forget to remove the skin...

    less oil..

  5. use the light soy sauce instead of the regular one.

take off the skin fat. but it may not gonna be the authentic taste, but its a little bit healthier.

  6. Just don't eat the fat and the sauce cause of the oil...

  7. Use canned mushrooms or dried mushrooms instead of pork.  Then add more garlic.  If you also use onions, add more onions, too.  Then you can cook the way you do with your adobo.

    Hmmmmmmm...... Now I am hungry!!!!!!

  8. Sorry there's no way, adobo is a high blood's nightmare. You'll probably eat it anyways but just be careful and drink lots and lots of water with it.

  9. Cook until almost crisp with all the fat liquiified and gone out of the meat.  it becomes even more delicious too, yummy!

still, the one w/ hi blood has to take it easy.  just a bite or two should do.

  10. meron bang hi blood? lol

jk... well I don't really know how to cook

  11. bka high blood kuya... kakakain mo ng crsipy pata yan eh natangahan ka 2loy...

lutuin mo muna tas ilagay mo sa ref para tumigas ung mantika tapos tangalin mo ung mantika.....

    ano ayos ba?
