without ingridients like orange juice,brown sugar, soy sauce. im diabetic and in bad shpe

  1. grill dont fry, always drain away any fat, do not use, throw fat into the bin once it has solidified or it will stuff up your drains.

    Swap the brown sugar with fruits such as dates or prunes, soy sauce is fine but very high in sodium, so watch it, try using the low sodium soy sauce, its not that much better, but its better then not swapping anything around. Use water mixed with the orange juice, it will not be as calorific.

    Eat everything with atleast 2 portions of vegetables, it will not only help to fill you up so you dont eat as much, it will also help to get your 5 a day and so will get your body working properly
