Is there a way to cure a corrupted cd without losing all the data?

I tried to create a CD with my Sony Mavica camera (it burns from the camera straight to a mini cd. The CD worked at first but now is saying that it's corrupted. I need to get the images from the CD because they're important. Is there a way to 'uncorrupt' a CD? The CD was finalized in the camera also. I hope there's a way to do this! Thanks for your help everyone!
