I loaded jukebox onto my home computer, my sister's computer and my work computer. I can no longer use the one at work due to various blocks they've installed on our systems. So, I uninstalled it. But I never deactivated it. So, now I want to deactivate it so I can put it on my new laptop. Is there a way to do this, if I can't access the program from my computer anymore?

  1. Since you can't use that one to deactivate use one of the other active ones and go to the Yahoo! Music home page and click on Help in the top right corner. Then choose Yahoo Music community. Then Yahoo Music Message Boards.  In the message board you can start a new topic like "Please Deactivate ALL My Unlimited Accounts".  Explain why in the message and include your login name but NOT your password.  Yahoo Support reads these messages.  They will respond to your message hopefully when its done.  But watch out for bogus responses from not real support people. Then you can go back to the pc's you will be using and reactivate them from your account settings. It has worked for others on that message board and hope it works for you too.
