Is there a way to delete the password off my memory card?

I tried to get to a file on my mobile's memory card the other day but I couldn't get into the memory card because there's a password on it and I didn't put a password on it (and I don't know who did. Everyone I know says that they didn't but I'm still convinced it's someone's idea of a joke) so I obviously don't know the password. Is there a way to get into the memory card without the password or a way to delete the password without the password or a way to format the memory card without the password?

The phone is a Nokia 6234, the memory card is a Micro SD (the really, really small SD cards)

Take the phone to the phone company with proof that you bought it. They should be able to help you!
