Is there a way to diasble the Wifi from working in the Wii?

My son is electrosensitive to it an will be up all night with night terrors if it is even left plugged in. We got rid of wifi, cell, and cordless phones, amazing results except if we forget to unplug the Wii. The wireless controllers seem fine though.

When you turn the Wii off, hold down the power button until the light turns red. When its red, the WiFi is disabled. If its amber/yellow, then the WiFi is on.

Otherwise, just try to unplug the Wii at night.

and you go to options and click on settings and they you will find a thing that says wii connect 24 and you can turn it on and off that way : ) or you can do what the guy above me said but if you want to keep it off forever or for a few weeks it is better to go into wii settings : )

There may be a way to do it in the configuration, maybe disabling CONNECT24.

Or, just unplug it when you're not using it.
